ALL ACCESS IS HIRING
As a dispatcher, you will ensure that all of our drivers and equipment are strategically managed for optimal efficiency. You will plan accordingly to where job sites are, how long a project needs our equipment, and how they are going to get there. This position requires you to be able to work overtime and possibly a few hours on the weekends.
Essential Job Duties:
Assist walk ins and answer phone calls regarding orders
Input orders and call offs of rental equipment
Provide quality customer service
Collaborate with office managers on planning decisions
Gather information from sales reps for the orders
Coordinate timeline and equipment with drivers
Utilize Point of Rental System to organize the different orders
Assist with other various administrative duties
Job Requirements
Prior trucking industry dispatch experience, desired
Computer literate and able to communicate with all team levels
Attention to detail
Leadership and follow up skills
Organized with ability to handle multiple tasks
Has a sense of urgency mentality
Willing to take initiative and work as a team
Problem solver
