Bookkeeper
Our office is currently seeking a part-time bookkeeper. We need someone who has at least 3 years' experience with QuickBooks desktop and accounting, who is reliable, organized, and honest. This position is open to start ASAP. Please include at least 3 professional references with your resume in order to be considered.
General Bookkeeping
QuickBooks Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable/ Collections
1099 reporting, bank reconciliations
Prepare sales tax reports and filings.
Record income, expenses, and payments. Export from property management systems to Quickbooks
Coordinate with CPA year-end tax preparation.
Maintain organized electronic and paper records for audits and compliance.
Cash flow monitoring
General Ledger maintenance
Excellent written and oral communication
Professional attitude
Detailed and accurate
Well organized with ability to multitask.
Other duties as assigned
Confidentiality of information required at all times.
Required Skills & Traits
Expertise with QuickBooks and Excel
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
Strong prioritization, organization, and time management skills
Self-directed and able to work independently
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Must pass a background check prior to start date (conducted only after an employment offer)
