ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Prepare a variety of meats, poultry, vegetables, and other food items for cooking.
Assume 100% responsibility for the quality of products served.
Know and comply consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
Stocking and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period.
Portion food products before cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications.
Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area, including tables, shelves, grills, fryers, rice cookers, flat top, refrigeration, freezers, sinks, and other kitchen equipment.
The ability to work overtime, including weekends, holidays as necessary
Ability to speak in a clear and understandable voice so that communication may be conducted with people of various levels of capabilities.
Dish-washing carefully, cleaning cooking tools, supplies, pot, and pans.
Position involves sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, pushing, shoving, lifting, carrying, and moving objects. This movement can occur throughout the day.
All applicants must be able to work during the day including weekends, holidays, and overtime. This position requires some flexibility for additional days as needed.
