We are looking for an experienced and professional Lead Grill Cook for our fine dining restaurant. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in a lead line cook position and experience working the grill station. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a professional kitchen that is very clean, organized, and makes everything from scratch using prime meats and fresh fish. We are seeking a candidate that takes pride in their work and wants to grow in their career. Candidate must have experience on the line in fine-dining restaurants in a fast-paced kitchen. Must be able to work fast under pressure, organized, clean, creative, professional, willing to learn, and reliable. Hourly pay PLUS TIPS. Schedule is 6 days a week from 2:00pm - 10:00pm.
