I’m looking for somebody to help me with a pool and handyman service business. I work primarily in the Joshua tree area but occasionally there are jobs in Yucca Valley and in Twentynine Palms. Job includes scheduled pool cleanings three days a week and handyman service calls that are sometimes scheduled and other times come in throughout the day and need to be addressed immediately. You must have reliable transportation and you will be dealing with guests at Airbnb so you must be presentable and have good communication skills. Work would include some scheduled hourly work that would be paid at an hourly rate and other jobs that would be paid on a service call basis that don’t require much time.
This would include brushing skimming and balancing the chemicals and Pools, cleaning pool tiles, checking the pool equipment, landscaping, and general repairs and maintenance around homes. I’m willing to teach if you’re willing to learn.
This may start out as a part-time basis, but if I find you reliable and easy to work with, I can have this turn into a full-time job for you within a few months most likely
Again, you must be presentable when you were dealing with Airbnb guests, and though they may be difficult, you need to have manners and treat them with courtesy and respect
I also ask that you not be on drugs. I will be drug screening.
