Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Landscape Operations Manager to oversee daily field operations, manage crews, and ensure that all landscape maintenance and enhancement projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. The ideal candidate will be experienced, organized, and capable of leading a team with professionalism and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of verifiable landscaping experience (required)
Horticultural knowledge and understanding of plant care, irrigation systems, and seasonal maintenance (preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to read and interpret work orders, plans, and client specifications
Experience scheduling crews, coordinating job materials, and managing project timelines
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support landscape crews in daily operations
Ensure quality control on all maintenance and enhancement projects
Train team members on proper horticultural and safety practices
Communicate effectively with clients and internal staff
Monitor job costs, labor efficiency, and productivity
Identify and report landscape issues such as irrigation problems, pest infestations, or plant health concerns
Uphold company standards for professionalism, safety, and customer service
