Auto body shop in Palm Springs is looking for a talented shop manager with exceptional customer service and CCC One experience.
You will be greeting customers, answering phones, working along side estimators, and processing customer's information into a file and into CCC one.
Daily Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Manage the daily workflow and scheduling of all body shop activities to maximize efficiency and productivity.
CCC ONE Proficiency: Utilize the CCC ONE software for creating customer file, documenting work performed, managing parts ordering, and processing insurance claims efficiently.
Customer & Insurance Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and insurance adjusters to facilitate a seamless repair process and resolve any complaints promptly.
Financial Oversight: Money collecting, and posting payments into CCC One.
Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and management of parts and supplies, ensuring availability while optimizing inventory costs.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an automotive repair managerial/supervisory role, with a strong background in collision repair.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with the CCC ONE estimating and shop management system is essential, along with familiarity with other industry software/tools (e.g., Mitchell, Audatex, diagnostic tools, frame alignment equipment).
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; vocational training preferredcan be substituted with relevant work experience.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
