Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the properties are well-maintained and customers are satisfied. If you have good leadership skills and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and property owners.
Assist with tenant communications, lease administration, renewals and maintenance coordination.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A VALID CALIFORNIA REAL ESTATE LICENSE.
Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good computer skills and familiar with Google Apps and Microsoft Office
A friendly, professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
