I am seeking a motivated, creative, and reliable individual to support the growth of a rapidly expanding medical spa. This position includes room and board (private entrance and bathroom, all utilities and WiFi included) in exchange for full-time assistance, with optional cash compensation depending on experience.
Primary Responsibilities: Marketing & Growth
1. Booking and managing new patient leads
2. Running and optimizing Google, Facebook, and Instagram ads
3. Developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and content ideas
Additional Personal Assistant Responsibilities
1. Driving me to and from work
2. Assisting with care of my two small dogs (walking, feeding, occasional pet-sitting)
3. General administrative or organizational tasks as needed
Time Commitment
1. Approximately 40+ hours per week
2. Limited-term position for 8 weeks
3. Ideal for someone seeking hands-on experience in marketing, aesthetics, or small-business operations
Compensation
1. Room and board fully covered
2. Additional cash compensation negotiable based on experience
