Classic Cruise Rentals is hiring professional and friendly Tour Drivers to chauffeur clients in our fleet of beautifully restored classic cars. As a Tour Driver, you will provide an unforgettable VIP experience to guests exploring Palm Springs and surrounding areas. This is a flexible, part-time position perfect for those passionate about cars and customer service.
Responsibilities:
Drive guests in classic vehicles for tours, events, and special occasions.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience.
Share knowledge of local landmarks and history during tours (training provided).
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues promptly.
Follow scheduled routes and timelines to ensure smooth operations.
Pay Breakdown:
Base Pay: $20/hour
Tips: Drivers keep 100% of their tips.
Commission on Tour Sales: 5% of the total booking value for any tours booked directly through the driver.
Bonus Structure:
$50 bonus for completing 10+ tours in a week.
$100 bonus for outstanding customer reviews (5-star feedback) on 5 or more tours in a month.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with Palm Springs and surrounding areas (training provided).
Comfortable driving classic cars (training provided if needed).
Professional appearance and demeanor.
