Description We are offering a 6 month consulting role titled Change Management Manager. This position is focusing on company wide communications regarding major infrastructure change. Ideally you have experience in communications management for a large company. This role involves creating communications materials, identifying areas where change has not been communicated to stakeholders effectively and then creating an improved message. In order to be successful in this position, you should have experience with Workday Financial Management implementations, specifically within a large company. If you are ready to start a new role on July 1st and have been a communication director or manager, please apply for this role today.Responsibilities Utilize your leadership skills to manage and direct company wide communications Implement changes to organizational structures to improve efficiency Identify areas where change has not been effectively communicated to stakeholders Update teams on the status of the Workday Financial Management implementation Leverage experience from previous roles in large companies to inform decision-making Use knowledge of hospital information systems as needed Create and implement strategies to improve overall efficiency within the organization.Requirements Must possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in Change Management Consulting or similar roles Demonstrable expertise in Change Management Proficiency in using Workday Financial Management software is essential Must exhibit strong leadership skills and the ability to guide teams effectively Experience in hospital information systems is a mandatory requirement Proven ability in implementing strategies to improve efficiency A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is required; a master's degree will be an added advantage Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Certification in Change Management or related area is preferred Knowledge of project management principles and practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Experience in coaching and mentoring staff at all levels.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
