- 3+ years of experience in a desktop support role troubleshooting a variety of issues
- Experience with Windows 10
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience with SCCM is a plus
- Provides support for all desktop users, including problem assessment and resolution.
- Ensures deployment of PCs (adds, moves, changes).
- Works effectively with PC imaging software such as SCCM.
- Ensures deployment, management, and support of PCs, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Maintains working knowledge of remote connectivity software.
- Analyze, troubleshoot and repair a wide variety of PC problems related to hardware and software.
- Assists with hardware/software installations.
- Participates in the planning and execution of the migration to new software and hardware, such as new operating systems and upgraded equipment.
- Writes effective technical documentation for end users, as well as for team members.
- Keeps management informed of unresolved issues or problems that may need special handling.
- Provides primary support for applications, and understands escalation procedures.
