Our processes include material handling, metal fabrication, final assembly and test. The position is responsible to balance supply and demand and coordinate the different functions within the manufacturing plant to ensure the completion of the customer orders on time in the most efficient/productive way to meet our financial targets as well.We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our Fabrication Department in our Pomona, CA locationPosition Overview
Work with internal customers to solve field issues
Assist with scheduling warranty parts for shipment
Enter warranty parts in SAP for shipment
Report complaints and field issues monthly
Technical assistance - interact with internal customers, sales, field service, and production
You will win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma
3+ years of successful customer service or administrative experience
1+ year of Manufacturing or Industrial experience and/or exposure
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
BS/BA preferred
SAP experience is preferred but not required
Well organized and excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as with a team
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

The pay range for this position is $70K-$95,700k. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
