We are looking for people who understand the importance of providing the greatest quality of life possible for the individuals we support. Compensation: Starting at $18.50/hr plus potential bonuses Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 hours per day (35 hours a week, Full Time) Morning Shift: 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM What You Will Do:
Work directly with individuals and implement person-centered goals and activities
Work onsite at 1532 E. San Bernardino Ave. B1-B5, Pomona, CA 91767
Assist with activities of daily living, community integration and employment
Maintain all written daily documentation (meaningful case notes, logs & assessments, etc.)
What’s Required:
High school graduate or equivalent
Licensed for at least 3 years
No Type A Violation in the last 5 years
Valid California (CA) driver’s license and DMV printout (good Driving record)
Ability to successfully clear Live Scan/background check. reimbursement after probation period
Must pass a Health Screen
Must have a TB test clearance
