Join the Space revolution and make the impossible, possible.SSSD has an opening for a Program Planning Scheduling Analyst for their Redondo Beach, CA location.The Program Planning Scheduling Analyst will report to the Business Management Scheduling Manager and will perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis for multiple programs and contracts. In this role, the incumbent will make recommendations to solve problems, create presentation content and present to various levels of leadership and will interface with multiple functional teams, supplier teams, as well as the Program/Project Manager.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives and ensure program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated. Implements scheduling best practices as prescribed by industry to include, but not limited to:

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience in Program Planning & Scheduling, Finance, Pricing, Program Management or Engineering; or a master’s degree with 1 year of Experience in Program Planning & Scheduling, Finance, Pricing, Program Management or Engineering
Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in business, Supply Chain, and/or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline
Experience with Microsoft Project Server 2010/2013
Knowledge with Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development; Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) approach and execution
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees, management, and executive leadership
The ability to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) U.S. Government Clearance
Experience or knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)

This position’s standard work schedule is 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows an employee to work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday and take every other Friday off work.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
