The Manager’s team will consist of up to three Managers as direct reports with an overall organization of approximately 30 who will support in Procurement activities across multiple commodities.Key Responsibilities:

The candidate should possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills and be extremely organized

The candidate should have experience in cross functional facilitation to accomplish critical tasks

Can quickly identify and communicate risk and opportunity through data analysis

Have a clear understanding of established processes and procedures

Possess the ability to align team goals to Sector and Division objectives

Effectively manage a supply base, delivery performance, and delivery management strategy

Develop and maintain Strategic Supplier relationships

Effectively manage a large organization with 3+ Managers and 50+ individual contributors

Experience working and collaborating in a production environment and engagement with manufacturing teams

Basic Qualifications:

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years, or a Master’s Degree with 5 years or High School Diploma/Equivalency with 9 years combined experience; combined experience in any of the following: Subcontracts Management, Business Management, Procurement, Program Management, or Contracts Management or Global Supply Chain

Must have 3 years of experience leading others, supervisory, project or team leadership

Must have experience with Delivery Management and interacting with Global Supply Chain Program Leadership

At minimum, an active DoD Secret level clearance is required to apply and to start the role, with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the Company to meet its business needs

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or Masters in Supply Chain Management

Leadership development certification

Ability to deal effectively with competing priorities and deadlines, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment while demonstrating core values of company

Project Management experience with a clear understanding of establishing and maintaining schedules

Experience building and/or leading teams, interacting with multifunctional roles/department

Salary Range: $149,400 - $224,000The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
