Requirements:
Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.

A Personal Care Assistant is an individual who providessupport services to assist clients with personal, physical mobility andtherapeutic care needs, as established by a rehabilitation health practitioner,social worker or other health care professional. The Personal Care Assistantmay work in a variety of settings, to include medical facilities,rehabilitation centers or in-home residential care. Minimum Requirements:
State licensure or certification if required by state and/orcontract
One (1) year relevant patient/client care experiencepreferred
Current CPR if applicable
TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
