Drive, coach, encourage and mentor through inventory control, procurements and production planning teams.
Develop Kanban processes
Management of 1,000 + SKU's daily
Analyze data, drive cost savings and negotiations
Work with Engineering team on forward planning
Ability work in a low volume high mix manufacturing environment
Manage inventory processes, demand planning and purchasing
Acts as the central point of contact for inventory management issues; collaborating with inside sales, outside sales, purchasing, warehouse, and production to solve issues and perform root cause analysis
10% domestic travel
Identify options for solving a problem and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses.
