Job Title: Production TechnicianJob DescriptionThe Computer Repair Technician I is responsible for basic to intermediate computer repair tasks. This role involves working with both Apple and Windows-based products, ensuring their functionality, and preparing them for resale.Responsibilities
Replace laptop feet cushions, batteries, and keyboard keys.
Conduct tests on computer hardware and ports.
Audit retail production line items to make them available for resale.
Erase data from hard drives.
Essential Skills
Familiarity with Apple products and Apple OS.
Familiarity with Windows-based products.
Good written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
