The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, and conducting other tasks related to finance. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to produce clear financial reports to aid management in strategic planning initiatives.

Responsibilities

Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company

Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)

Monitor accounts payable and receivable

Reconciliations of credit card and bank accounts

Trust account maintenance and compliance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent work experience

3+ years of experience in related field

Law firm accounting experience preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks

Experience with Clio and Adobe Acrobat Pro

Strong organizational and analytical skills Detail oriented

Lines of Communication:

This position reports directly to the Firm Administrator and the Managing Partner

Compensation: Pursuant to California’s pay transparency law, SB 1162, the salary range for this position is $65,000-85,000; however, compensation may vary based on the candidates skills and experience.
