I'm looking for an organized, adaptable, and excited personal assistant to help this overwhelmed entrepreneur and dad get his life in order. If you can handle anything thrown your way with a smile, have excellent multi-tasking skills, and love solving problems, let's talk!
Your duties will include:
Infrequent trips to San Diego
Keeping my schedule organized (meetings, kids' activities, etc.)
Screening calls/emails and handling day-to-day communication
Researching and creating solutions
Running personal and business errands around town
Helping prep for meetings and presentations
Light household management and light kid chauffeuring
One minute you might be ordering office supplies, the next you're calling the plumber. No day is the same! The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, able to anticipate needs, and willing to go above and beyond.
