We are looking for a highly motivated Architectural Project Manager with Healthcare knowledge who is ready to take their career to the next level.
Roles and responsibilities:
Technical knowledge and ability to produce all contract documents for healthcare projects in California.
Coordinate with all stakeholders from clients to building officials on all aspects of projects from inception to completion.
Manage consultant teams for multiple concurrent projects and coordinate with clients’ vendors.
Lead team to administer construction.
Have a can-do attitude and interest in furthering your career to the highest level.
Qualifications:
Architecture License or the ability to become licensed in California within one year.
5 years minimum experience on architectural projects, at least 2 of those years on projects under HCAi jurisdiction.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud, Bluebeam and Microsoft software.
Ability to QC your own work and documents produced by others.
