Phillippi Engineering is seeking the services of a Licensed Surveyor to join our team. We are a local civil engineering and land surveying firm serving clients throughout Northern California.
Job duties include:
Topographic and Boundary Surveys
ALTA/NSPS Surveys
Tentative Map, Final Map, and Parcel Map preparation and processing
Prepare Plat and legal descriptions
Perform construction staking calculations for a variety of development projects
Scheduling of survey field crews
Manage survey staff and survey project budgets
Act as the primary contact with clients and contractors on land survey projects
Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience;
Proficient in using AutoCAD Civil 3D;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Strong work ethic and accountability;
Able to follow directions, work well with others, and able to work independently
