AECOM is seeking a Rail/Transit Program Manager to work out of our Sacramento Office. This role is hybrid.JOB SUMMARY:
The appropriately qualified applicant will demonstrate an established career in the rail transit industry and have experience with California transit clients. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of business development, client service, and program management. Experience needs to include the direct management of professional services consulting contracts on major rail transit projects, representing engineering companies that hold prime contracts with rail transit clients.JOB RESPONSIBILITEIS:Supports the Rail/Transit Division for the West Region in the execution of rail/transit contracts for program management, design, and construction management.Manage staff and tasks associated with rail/transit contracts.Support various rail professional services pursuits related to major rail capital programs including light rail, heavy rail, or commuter rail.Manage multidiscipline teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget on multi-million tasks or projects.Lead meetings with clients and stakeholders.Mentor junior to mid-level staff.
