We have one position available. I'm a quadriplegic on a ventilator. Anyone with quadriplegic experience would be excellent but if not that’s ok because we will train you. Looking for positive people that will come in with energy and great attitude as you will be my hands and feet at all times. Paid through IHSS 18.15 per hour.
Afternoon shift available Wednesday and Thursday 3pm-11pm, with possible extra hours. Shift involves physical range of motion throughout your shift. Breathing exercises, cooking/prepping simple meals and light housekeeping also required. Hoyer lift and sling will be used at the end of your shift. We will find shows/movies/game shows/comedies that we both will want to watch and have conversation throughout the shift. You will be required to do small tasks in between watching shows with me.
You should be pet friendly/interact with cats and one dog as well as 420 friendly.
