About the Role
We are a licensed Level 6 Adult Residential Facility providing 24/7 care and behavioral support to adults with developmental disabilities. DSPs play a vital role in supporting clients with daily living skills, behavioral goals, community integration, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct care and supervision to clients in accordance with Title 17 and Title 22 regulations.
Assist with ADLs: personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, and household tasks.
Implement behavioral plans, crisis-prevention strategies, and skills-training programs.
Maintain clear and accurate documentation, including daily logs, incident reports, and medication reminders (MAR).
Facilitate community outings, appointments, and recreational activities.
Support clients with communication, coping skills, and social goals.
Participate in training, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
Ensure a safe, clean, and structured living environment.
Requirements
Must be 18+ years old.
Must pass a criminal background check (Guardian) and fingerprinting (Live Scan).
Valid TB test within the past year (or chest X-ray).
DSP 1 & 2 Certification or willingness to complete within required timeframe.
CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain before start).
Reliable transportation and ability to work assigned shifts.
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn behavioral support techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in an ARF, ILS, SLS, group home, or behavioral program.
