A specialty subcontractor is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to plan, coordinate and supervise estimates for customers on private and public works projects.
Responsibilities include project plan take offs, preparing project estimate, timely completion of bid documents as required, subcontractor solicitation and follow up of bid results. On award of project, duties include working with team members on setting up of project file, ordering of materials necessary for project completion.
Perform other related tasks as assigned.
