We're seeking someone with Handyman experience to do General common area and building maintenance. This could include interior/exterior carpentry work, drywall repairs, and matching texture, painting, flooring work, light electrical work.
A few important items to have:
Having your own tools is a must!
The ability to replace rotten wood siding and trim work/light painting.
Must be licensed
Must have own liability insurance.
We provide no employee benefits such as health or IRA because this is a 1099 job. You are a private contractor, not an employee. You are paid on a per-contract basis.
This is a great opportunity to earn a side income if you are motivated.
We recommend to be set up online to receive payments We typically use QuickBooks or other types of online invoicing. We can also do it the old fashioned way. We pay monthly not weekly and you are required to submit a professional bill each month to be paid.
