Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property grounds, including landscaping, walkways, and common areas.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as trash removal, sweeping, raking, and pressure washing.
Assist with minor repairs and upkeep of outdoor facilities.
Ensure that all outdoor amenities are clean, safe, and well-maintained for residents.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies as needed.
Support the maintenance team with various tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
Reliable and self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
