Looking for a minimum of at least 2 years' experience in all phases of commercial window cleaning, but willing to train those who show the entitative to want to learn something new. Have a thorough understanding on all aspects of operations to include, chair work, stage work, boom/scissor lifts, ladders, pressure washing, deionization cleaning and other related equipment and/or service functions.
Responsible for the daily activities required to meet scheduled work, maintain equipment in orderly manner, and follow all company, OSHA and other related guidelines to keep operations in compliance.
Individual must be flexible in performing assigned duties. Specific tasks are not guaranteed, therefore, you must have an open mind and able to adapt to change quickly.
