Property Management Company seeking an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across multiple apartment communities. This role includes leading on-site teams, implementing preventive maintenance programs, managing vendors, ensuring compliance, and traveling between properties to support maintenance needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of maintenance professionals across multiple locations
Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Monitor and improve maintenance budgets and resources
Troubleshoot and resolve complex facility issues
Collaborate with local management to ensure operational success
Qualifications:
5+ years of maintenance management experience in apartment communities or experience in facilities maintenance related field
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance
Proven leadership, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple locations
Ability to travel within the region as needed
