We are looking for an energetic, customer service oriented individual to join our team at one of our 6 self-storage locations in the North Highlands area.
Travel:
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Drive moving truck to service station.
Drive to hardware store for supplies or property maintenance items.
Drive to other facility locations.
We would like to hire a Maintenance Technician with good sales skills.
Job requires lifting, cleaning and working outside.
Some computers skills required, willing to train.
Must be able to work weekends.
Work schedule subject to change based on facility needs.
Duties include:
Ensure property, self-storage units and grounds are cleaned and maintained at all times.
Must be able to pay attention to detail and be a self-starter.
Fix Minor repairs and perform lock security checks.
Must be able to perform the company's sales process.
Maintain and keep inventory of supplies & equipment.
Must be able to operate various had tools.
Effective communication Skills required
Must be able to be given direction and trust that it will be followed through with.
