Legal Assistant

Immigration law office, with an emphasis on removal defense, seeking a bilingual (English and Spanish) legal assistant. Monday to Friday 9-4. Must be fluent in English and Spanish and be able to interpret (from Spanish to English and vice versa) as well as translate documents. Must be reliable, a quick learner, detail and task oriented, organized, and have good grammatical skills. Must be able to take initiative, be empathetic to clients, and possess critical thinking skills. Duties include answering and returning calls, scheduling appointments, client intake, updating files, and completing forms etc. Marketing skills are a bonus. Experience preferred but willing to train. $21-$25 per hour depending on experience. Start date December 22, 2025. Please email resume.
