Position Details
Position Available: Parts Coordinator (Full-Time)
Location: iCrash Collision, 3725 Cincinnati Ave., Suite 200, Rocklin, CA 95765
Position Summary
iCrash Collision is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Coordinator to support our high-performing collision repair team. This key role is responsible for ordering, receiving, inspecting, and distributing parts to ensure efficient repair workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
Responsible for all parts purchases/orders and handling of parts, including sublet and materials, if applicable.
Understanding of the repair center’s procedures and Nexsyis and CCC1 for ordering, receiving, storing, dispensing, and documenting all part orders.
Responsible for inspecting each part received for accuracy, proper pricing, and damage, including mirror matching old parts.
Responsible for storing all received parts with proper repair orders and/or ensuring correct parts are issued to proper technicians.
Assist estimators with acquiring the required and correct parts for any work in process.
Managing overall parts returns to meet shop goals.
Complete part runs to avoid delays in repairs as necessary.
Return incorrect and defective parts and reorders for credit to the appropriate suppliers and document promptly in the shop's management system.
Upon completion of vehicle repair, document and return unnecessary parts for credit.
Help with general maintenance of the facility, e.g., cleanliness, organization, etc.
Other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Qualifications
Experience in automotive parts coordination, inventory management, or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
Familiarity with parts management software and inventory control systems is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Physical capability to stand, kneel, bend for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
