DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Answering phones
Routing and scheduling HVAC calls for service, repairs and installs
Coordinating and scheduling cranes, HERS testing and inspections for jobs
Organizing multiple technicians service appointment calendars
Working closely with service techs and office admin
Communicate with customers, property management and home warranties regarding jobs in a professional manner
Pulling job permits with county or city
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to pass drug test and background check
Excellent communications skills
Reliable and on time
Have a positive attitude and be self-motivated
Ability to work independently and as a team
Excellent organizational skills
