We are in a fast growth stage of the company I've built for the past 12 years - after years of building a solid foundation.
We have had an exceptional leader put systems in place to begin to scale by inputing our 300 accounts into HubSpot and automating many of our system flows from service tickets to PO processing to website sales inquiries, newsletter / waitlist submissions.
Our data lives in this CRM and many automations exist and plugins to our Wordpress website - but managing this data and flow of various account and daily needs requires management and focused oversight.
Additionally, we need someone with a strong footing in book keeping who can help to manage our books from AR to AP to ongoing expense categorization and quarterly CA filings.
The company makes a capital good with a hardware + software integration.
We have various people in the company managing production and product development and manufacturing, but this role - the daily operator - requires someone who is skilled at overseeing logistics, warehousing and project management as well.
We need a 'ring leader' to manage the day to day of the company and assist me in running it. My focus is on strategy, business development and product.
I need a right hand strong at managing varying admin needs from insurance audits to processing AR, handling account management needs and overseeing the flow of service tickets and issue resolution, also strong at HR and people managment.
There are deals that are closing and contracts that need to be edited and executed. Various project management goals and contributors to check in with, and team meetings to set and align around and manage team integration ongoing. Basically, I need a business partner in the day to day operations.
You are hopefully not only competent and experienced in basic business admin, but you are also a leader type personality in the sense that you are proactive and solution-oriented meaning: you come to the table with solutions rather than problems. There are plenty of problems ;)
You are constantly aware of where the bottlenecks occur and we work together to remove them.
You can see the bigger picture and zoom out as much as you can zoom in and see the details of what needs to be done to accomplish our goals.
You are a natural entrepreneur at heart and have a passion for building things - products, companies, teams.
You don't need to be intricately involved in the specifics of various projects, but you sit in on meetings to learn context and who's doing what in order to help me stay on top of ongoing development and company flow.
You are not interested in punching a time card or being a part of a big corporate enterprise where you can hide.
You are motivated, ambitious - and full of energy to grow in your career.
