Staffmark Drivers is hiring Transportation Dispatch Clerks in Roseville, CA
Shift Details:
1st Shift | Start time 0000-1230 Sunday - Tuesday rotating Weds
2nd Shift | Start time Start time 0000-1230 Thursday - Saturday rotating Weds
Pay | $20.60 per hour Ot after 8 hours DT after 12 hours
Job Duties:
This person will work within a team driven atmosphere to meet deadlines and provide great service to clients
Scheduling and dispatching drivers roughly to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs
Providing shipping details to customers
Relaying accurate information to necessary parties via phones and email
Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services
Preparing daily work related to schedules, shipments and/or invoices
Assist in preparing work orders/dispatch sheet for drivers
Using Excel and other applications as needed
Keeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other information

Qualifications:
Dispatching: 1-2 years
Excellent communication skills
Excellent clerical and organizational skills to keep track of schedules, routes and personnel
Knowledge of computers for scheduling, Data Entry
Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting/busy, events happening at the same time
Ability to work under stress and remain calm and to calm other people during rapidly changing circumstances
Proficient in English (oral and written)
