Responsibilities:
Generate sales prospects by cold calling and market canvassing
Actively involved with marketing, negotiating, placing, and closing of financing assignments
Identifying new capital sources
Education:
Bachelors Degree and/or professional certificates preferred, but not required (College students OK)
LLC, Corporation or DBA registration is preferred, but not required
Department of Real Estate Sales Person License is preferred, but not required
1-year minimum direct phone sales preferred, but not required
