-Lead a small team of contract workers to collect data in various field locations.
-Utilize technology and tools to ensure accurate and efficient data collection.
-Manage and oversee daily operations in the field, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to standard.
-Train and guide team members on data collection procedures and technology use.
-Ensure high-quality data collection and address any issues that arise during the process.
-Report on progress, challenges, and results to management.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a field-based environment.
-Strong technical skills with the ability to quickly learn and use new technology.
High school diploma required; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
-Excellent organizational and communication skills.
-Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
-Must have previous experience in data collection or field operations is desirable.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and perform fieldwork for extended periods.
Capability to lift and carry equipment as needed.
Pay: $17-18/HR
