Job Description
As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our residents and their properties. Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring: Patrol the community regularly to ensure the safety of residents and guests.
Incident Response: Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and report them to the appropriate authorities.
Surveillance: Utilize security cameras and other technology to monitor activities and deter potential threats.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to residents and guests, addressing their concerns and inquiries in a professional manner.
Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in security
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
