Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget
Build trust and long-term relationships with customers through excellent communication
Provide test drives and explain the features and benefits of each vehicle
Negotiate financing options
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat and referral business
Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
