If you would like to try this room rental for a month or two first, then switch over to a six mo agreement, you pay the regular $345/mo and then the reduced rent rent kicks in with a 6/mo lease after this. Month to month is an option - with a signed agreement.
This is a "private room" situation When you are working, no one else is in the salon as I am the only one who works in this salon and I am gone when you are using the salon.
