Looking for a sub- leaser to rent my esthetician room part time. Must be a licensed and insured business. Looking for someone who is interested 3 days a week. 1 year lease. Preferably with a previous clientele who knows the ins and outs of running their own business.
I use the room for waxing, lash extensions, brow wax/ tint and spray tans.
Located inside Kismet Beauty Parlor. Must work well with others around, we are a full service salon and fun group of ladies.
