Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Epoxy Floor Installer to join our growing team. This role involves surface preparation, coating application, and ensuring high-quality finishes on every project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare concrete surfaces (grinding, patching, cleaning)
- Mix and apply epoxy and polyaspartic coatings
- Operate grinders, vacuums, and hand tools
- Maintain job site safety and cleanliness
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members
Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience in epoxy flooring or related trades (painting, concrete, coatings)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Team player with a positive attitude
