job descriptionHeavy Labor - CoolerAre you looking for a job that is year round, union company and has the opportunity of going permenant with the company for the right candidates? Then we want you to apply today! This position is for General and Heavy labor inside of a cooler in Salinas,Ca. Previous experience a plus!Responsibilities
Various production duties (inspecting, sorting, cutting product)
Bagging and boxing the finished product
Lift and carry up to 15 to 30 pounds on a regular basis and other duties as assigned
Palletize up to 7 to 8 feet
Wash bins out on docks
Pull, lift, bend throughout 7 to 10 hour shifts
The essential functions of this role include:
working up to 3 hrs of overtime per week
working weekends
Skills
Standing (1 year of experience is preferred)
Lifting (1 year of experience is preferred)
Pulling (1 year of experience is preferred)

High School
