Responsibilities:

Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.

Parts Ordering: Purchase orders, vendor invoice tracking, etc.

Customer Invoicing: Issuing invoices, tracking invoices, customer communications, etc.

Financial Modeling – revenue projections, expense projections, etc.

Weekly expense reconciliation and report creation and analysis in accordance with GAAP.

Prepare financial statements and weekly/ monthly reports for budget forecasts and to monitor financial performance against budgets.

Assist with tax preparation and filing.

Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.

Collaborate with internal and external auditors for audit processes.

Company asset and equipment tracking and depreciation schedule upkeep.

Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.

Prepare and publish financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.

Perform bookkeeping and data entry tasks.

Utilize ERP systems for accounting and financial processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in a high-tech environment.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite.

Excellent analytical and numerical skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

CPA certification is a plus.
