Position Summary

Exciting opportunity for an experienced accounts payable and receivable specialist in San Diego, CA. With general direction, this position is responsible for performing a variety of moderately complex general accounting tasks including daily receivables, payables, and account reconciliations. Person is expected to process a high volume of transactions, maintain records, and correspond with outside vendors and independent contractors. Excellent organizational skills are a must.

Duties and Responsibilities

Create and process invoices for tenants and customers. Billing via Quickbooks.

Verify billing data to ensure the accuracy of final billing.

Work closely with other team members to investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.

Post timesheets in support to the data entry department.

Process Security Dispositions in a timely manner.

Other duties as assigned or required.

Comfortable with written and oral communications.

Qualifications – Requirements

Requires a high school diploma. An associate degree in accounting is preferred.

2-3 years of accounting billing experience.

Property Management accounting experience is a plus.

Experience with QuickBooks corporate bookkeeping preferred.

Knowledge of property management software (Rent Manager) preferred.

Be very conversant in all computer programs.

Schedule

Monday through Friday. Start and End flexible 7 to 9 to 4-6 daily depending on your needs.

- $30-32+ per hour based on experience
