Dream to Design is a rapidly growing architectural firm specializing in ADUs, luxury pool/backyard design, new construction plans, remodels, additions, commercial planning, 3D rendering, engineering, and permitting. We are expanding our drafting team and hiring immediately.
Responsibilities:
Draft residential & commercial plans
Produce 3D renderings when needed
Work closely with designers & engineers
Prepare plans for permitting
Requirements:
Proficient in CAD
Experience with Structure Studios or Chief Architect preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects
