One of San Diego’s premier electrical contractors is seeking the following talented individual(s):
Project Engineer Assistant
PURPOSE OF POSITION: Responsible for support of Project Engineers and lead electrical engineers to help ensure proper time management of all administrative duties.
The Project Engineer Assistant will report directly to and is accountable to the assist Electrical Engineers/Project Engineers.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS AND SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES (As assigned by Project Engineers):
Highly organized, exacting, and detail oriented.
Electrical knowledge and construction knowledge preferred.
Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, Bluebeam software.
Assist in pulling Electrical Permits and setting up site inspections.
Communication with subcontractors / suppliers as needed for documents.
Requirements
Ability to work in a construction environment, quick learner, team player.
Ability to provide verification of legal right to work in the United States if hired.
Reliable vehicle with proof of insurance.
