San Diego based Designer and Developer is looking for registered (PE) structural engineers.
We are interested in creating partnerships with engineers for ongoing development.
We have a number of projects currently under design and permitting, future projects are in the pipeline.
The guiding idea is to create models for affordable housing and other building types.
Buildings will be constructed from pre-fab SIPs, and will also include basic kit-homes.
A newly established S-Corps is the vehicle to promote pre-fab systems to provide predictable quality and speedy erection.
